The GSV-6T3 CAN/SubD44HD measuring amplifier is a 3-channel amplifier for strain gauges with a CAN interface and USB port.
Sensors with strain gauge full bridges, e.g., K3D, K3A, are connected via the 44-pin SubD44HD connector on the front panel.
On the rear panel, an M12 socket and an M12 plug are available for connecting the CAN bus cable. The GSV-6T3 CAN/SubD44HD measuring amplifier is powered via the CAN bus cable with 10 V DC to 28 V DC.
Alternatively, measurement data can be transmitted via the USB-C port. In this case, the 5 V DC power supply is also provided via the USB interface.
Measurement data can be recorded using the GSVmulti software, both via the integrated USB port and via the CAN bus. The GSVmulti software allows reading, recording, and visualizing measurement data via the CAN bus using a PCAN-to-USB converter.
The GSV-6T3 CAN/SubD44HD measuring amplifier is factory-configurable for connecting 120-ohm, 350-ohm, or 1-kohm strain gauge quarter bridges in a three-wire configuration.
Channel 3 can also be configured for connecting a PT1000 temperature sensor via a jumper in the connector.
