Two-component, solvent-diluted epoxy adhesive for the most demanding applications, including high-precision transducer construction. Its widest temperature range of any adhesive for general use. Its low viscosity allows for layer thicknesses of <0.005 mm. The extremely thin, hard, and bubble-free layers minimize creep, hysteresis, and linearity issues.
Curing must begin within 4 hours of application.

6 weeks at +24°C; 12 weeks at +5°C.
Contact pressure:
70 to 480 kN/m².
200 to 275 kN/m² optimum.
Curing time: e.g., 2 hours at 125°C to 1 hour at 175°C. Recommended: 2 hours at 135°C.
Recommended post-cure: 2 hours at 30 to 40°C above the maximum application temperature or cure temperature, whichever is higher.
Post-cure for high-precision transducers: 2 hours at +205 to +230°C after bridge wiring.
